Our voucher section contains a wide range of different digital vouchers for you to select from. The cost of the voucher will be debited from the selected account as soon you have made the purchase.
What kind of digital vouchers are available?
At the moment, we are only offering digital vouchers for iTunes. However, we are constantly expanding our range, so please check our website regularly.
It is possible to buy several digital vouchers at once?
No, sorry, that isn't possible. It is only possible to purchase one voucher at a time. However, you can always buy several vouchers in a row. If so, please note that there is a limit on the number of vouchers a single customer can purchase.
How do you redeem iTunes vouchers?
Digital iTunes vouchers comprise of a code, which is called an iTunes Code. You will be shown this iTunes code on your screen immediately after your purchase.
I am unable to redeem my iTunes Code. What do I do now?
If you are unable to redeem your iTunes Code, please contact Apple support and keep your iTunes Code ready, e.g. by taking a screenshot of your purchase history. This screenshot should contain the actual iTunes Code, price, date of purchase and the Sparkassen logo.
I am unable to find my iTunes Code.
If you go to your iTunes Codes section, you will be shown the last 20 vouchers you purchased. If you have any questions concerning voucher codes, please contact one of our advisers.
Is it possible to return iTunes Codes?
No, sorry, iTunes Codes cannot be returned.
